This is our panel cut long maxi skirt with a lot more fabric. This super stretch cotton Lycra is the ultimate long skirt.. Due to the amount of fabric this skirt is heavy. Which means you should measure your waist not hip as the skirt will pull down some as you wear it. It is the best long skirt for costuming and just wearing everyday. Twirl like you mean it and release the goddess in you:)
